Buyer's agency is a free service. Buyer's agents services are paid by the seller through the commission that their agent charges. So as a discount agent, I can't discount my services to my buyers. I can however return a portion of the seller paid fee to my buyer clients to help with closing cost or even make their first mortgage payment. Call for details.
